Designed for kids ages 3-7, this class introduces your little one to the principles (and fun!) of yoga. Through this mini-series, we'll work on body awareness, stress management techniques, building concentration, and building self-confidence. Co-taught by a yoga teacher and occupational therapist, we'll walk through the ways we can use yoga and mindfulness to encourage physical and emotional development. Moms and Dads, bring your little ones and try something new together! We'll bend our bodies in funny shapes, learn what this meditation thing is all about, and may even try some acroyoga - relying on trust and working as a team! Get in a workout with us and your little one and finish feeling calm, refreshed, and ready to take on the week!
