Frequently Asked Questions
We have 2 types of memberships, and both offer a 5-day free trial so you can see whether the membership is the right fit for you. During registration, you’ll be asked to enter your credit card information, but you won’t be charged until the trial is complete (and you can cancel anytime during the trial from our website!). If you want to continue, you don’t have to do anything more - your card will be charged automatically and you’ll be all set to take as many classes as you’d like.
An unlimited membership gives you access to our full list of live, virtual classes hosted by our wonderful childhood development experts. Because it is unlimited access, you can sign-up for as many classes as you’d like. Shortly after registering for classes, you will receive an email notification with a Zoom link that will direct you to your teacher at the time of your class. The unlimited membership also includes access to our library of recorded classes that you can watch anytime.
An anytime membership gives you access to our full library of recorded classes, that you can watch anytime!
There is no committment and you can cancel anytime. To cancel your membership:
1) Go to your account (when you are logged in on our site, in the top right corner it says 'logged in as *your name*')
2) Click on 'Manage Memberships'
3) Under 'Actions' click 'Cancel' and you will receive an email confirmation
Please make sure you cancel before you are auto-charged, as we cannot refund previous charges, even if you were not using the program. Thank you for understanding.
Depending on the class, we may suggest a variety of different household items. For classes like Little Ninjas, we usually suggest a couch and lots of pillows and cushions, a yoga ball, and/or blankets. For our infant classes, we may encourage the use of preferred toys, or pureed foods or cheerios for tactile work. We of course want to make this part easy and accessible to you, which is why we love using pretty standard household items! If you don’t have a specific item, we can certainly help you find a substitute :)
The best way to know if a class is a good fit for your little one is to test it out. Our Office Hours are another great opportunity to check-in with one of our team members to ask these sorts of questions. If you feel a certain class is “too young” or “too old” for your little one, we are happy to help guide you to what might be the most appropriate for them. Our childhood development experts are happy to help make recommendations at the end of class as well.
