Newborn Parenting Workshop

This class will focus on a broad spectrum of questions that new parents have: from what baby equipment you need to how to set up a nursery to what developmental milestones actually are, how to help your little one reach them, and when to worry (or not!) if they're not quite on time (there is a BIG range of normal!). We'll also talk about your little one's sensory system - the tools your baby will use to make sense of the world, learn and grow, and hit those milestones - as well as how you can support it. We'll even cover important topics like sleep schedules & training, feeding & introducing foods, and more (we'll call this class 'eat, sleep, poo')!

This class is designed for both parents of newborns and parents-to-be who are looking to get a head start before baby arrives. Babies are invited but not required to be a part of class :)
