Play 2 Progress encourages the critical development of social and physical milestones through classes based on our scientifically developed methodology. We offer children the tools and support to become comfortable in their own body by inviting them to come bring their full selves, get messy, be wild, run, jump, and climb.
Hands on Play
Welcome to Play 2 Progress! Created by occupational therapists with a specialty in sensory integration, we provide hands-on classes for kids, parental support, training for schools and childcare providers and 1:1 OT consultations.

STAGE NOT AGE
The Play to Progress method puts an emphasis on stage, rather than age.
read
While it’s typical to find developmental milestones grouped by age, our proprietary approach focuses on the physical and social development that often occurs within a completely normal, yet wide range. While Play 2 Progress addresses development from before birth through childhood, we place an important emphasis on engaging the senses in those first three critical years, where sensorimotor skills are developed.

PARENT SUPPORT/EDUCATION
In the book, Dr. Allie Ticktin discusses the eight sensory systems (that's right, 8!) and how a child uses them, and offers easy, fun activities that will encourage their development so that your little one will be better able to respond to their emotions, build friendships, communicate their needs, and thrive in school. That’s the power of sensory play.
