At Play 2 Progress, the safety and well-being of the children during their time with us is our top priority. To ensure a safe and organized environment, we have established the following guidelines regarding adult supervision and the timely pickup of children after their sessions:

1. Adult Supervision Required:

- Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult (parent or guardian) upon entering the building.

- It is essential that no child is left alone while waiting for their session to start. Parents or guardians must remain in the building with their child until the session begins.

2. Session Timing:

- Each session lasts for 50 minutes.

- We understand that traffic in Los Angeles can be unpredictable. Therefore, we allow for a 5-minute grace period for pickups. Please note if you arrive at 55 minutes your therapist will be unable to provide you with an in person debrief but session notes will be available through the simple practice portal. This should only be used on rare occasions and if families repeatedly arrive after the 50 minute mark a responsible adult will be required to attend every session with the child regardless of age and not permitted to leave during session for any reason.

3. Timely Pickup:

- It is crucial for parents and guardians to pick up their children on time after each session. Late pickups disrupt the flow of our schedule and impact the next family's session.

- If a child is not picked up by the end of the 5-minute grace period, a fee of $5 per minute will be charged for each minute of the delay.

4. Respect for other families:

- We ask all families to demonstrate respect for one another by adhering to this schedule, ensuring that sessions can start and end on time for everyone involved.
